Digital Content Factory Ltd. can customize standard guides to meet your needs, or we can use our instructional design expertise, tools, and processes to create a guide that pertains to your proprietary software and/or processes.

With our standard guides, we can:

• Replace the default logo with your company's logo on the first page.
• Insert your company's name in the document footer to associate the guide with your company.
• Insert your company's help desk details on the last page.
• Inserting new custom topics and/or modifying existing.
• Removing specific topics not required by your users.
• Insert new custom screen captures

Custom corporate guides, we can:

• Customize page layout and branding to maintain corporate identity.
• Develop specific topics that relate to your tasks and/or processes.
• Graphically illustrate tasks and/or processes.

Note that there are some limits to the number of edits that are applicable.

Customization services are offered for a small fee, but are often provided at no charge based on certain volumes and with enterprise licensing.
