For this customer, we created the following:
- A two-page custom brand/page layout.
- Populated by leveraging existing DCF content, which helped to reduce development costs.
- It included the customer's helpdesk details and online support information, which allows users to quickly obtain support.
This guide was designed to allow users to quickly reference how to perform common daily tasks such as system login and logout, locating and launching applications, e-mail and meeting tasks, and Office document management tasks.
It was deployed to desktop users who's hardware and software was updated, but they were not to receive formal training.
